How Can I Say Thanks?

I.   Our gratitude should reflect the ____________________ of the gift we receive.

 

“Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven-for she loved much. But he who has been forgiven little loves little.”                    (Luke 7:47)

 

II.   We can say thanks to God through worship and doing good _______________.

 

“Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise-the fruit of lips that confess his name.  (16) And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.”       (Hebrews 13:15-16)

 

 

III.   We can say thanks to God by presenting ourselves as living __________________.

 

 

“Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God-this is your spiritual act of worship.  (2) Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.”                          (Romans 12:1-2)
