A Note from Pastor Chris to the Church Family
Dear CCC Family,
It’s a joy and an honor to step into this new chapter with you as your lead pastor. From the first time I visited CCC, I could sense a love for God and a genuine heart for people. Jesus Himself said this sums up the entirety of Scripture: Love God and love people. I look forward to continuing in that spirit and seeing what God will do in our midst.
As we begin this journey, my prayer is that CCC will remain a place where people encounter Christ, find community, and are equipped to serve both here and around the world. Let’s walk into this next season expectant for what God will accomplish through His Spirit and His people.
I can’t wait to meet you, hear your stories, and discover how we can grow together in Christ.

Announcements - november 25, 2025
1. This Sunday, Pastor Chris will preach "The Thankful Heart Made Whole” with Luke 17:11–19 as Scripture.
On this first Sunday of Advent, we celebrate and commemorate Jesus’ arrival, and the hope His birth, death and resurrection give us. “May the God of Hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 15:13)

December 4, Thursday, 7:00-9:00PM: CCC Orchestra and Christmas Choir Rehearsal @ CCC
December 14, 10:30 to 11:45AM December 14, 2025, 10:30 to 11:45 am - Children’s Christmas Program / Sermon by Pastor Chris. The Sunday School children will present an original CCC play “Time Machine Talk Show” written and produced by Ted Fong, directed by Brittany Joe, with Rose Young as musical leader. Please join us for an enjoyable morning of entertainment at a look back on the birth of Jesus.
December 18, Thursday, 7:00-9:00PM: CCC Orchestra and Christmas Choir Rehearsal @ CCC
December 20, Saturday afternoon TBD, CCC Orchestra and Choir @ ACC on Maple Tree
December 21, Sunday, 10:30 to 11:45Am - Christmas Service. You will not want to miss our Lifesong Praise Fellowship full orchestra and worship team performance on this special celebration Sunday, followed by a light lunch. 8:30AM - CCC Orchestra and Christmas Choir Call time before Sunday Service at 10:30AM
December 24, Wednesday, 5:00PM. Christmas Eve Candlelight Service. A uniting in remembrance that Jesus is the “Light of the World”, bring glory to God and sing Him praise with favorite Christmas songs and hymns accompanied by talented musicians and vocalists. (There are no refreshments after this service so everyone can celebrate at their own gatherings). 4:00PM - CCC Orchestra and Christmas Choir Call Time for Christmas Eve Worship at 5:00PM.
Prayer/Praise
We pray for Pastor Chris that God will give him wisdom, strength, and grace as he starts ministering to our church family. May his servant-leadership role help us to actively continue in ministry and evangelism, and serve the individual spiritual needs of our congregation. As we pray for more to join CCC, more importantly, we pray that Pastor Chris and the church family will be used by God to bring people to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior so that they will become believers in the Body of Christ.
Praise God for the Sanctuary update presentation by architect Darryl Chinn who provided a sneak peek at renderings of the new building and amenities. We are thankful for the shared vision with Pastor Chris to move forward in CCC’s spiritual growth and journey for the next chapter and generations.
Please pray for healing for Sharon Wong, Maybelle Whang, Jan Bowman, Rachel Chou.
We pray for other churches seeking a pastor as we are aware of the challenges inherent in the process. But we also know fully well that it is all in God's will and time when things do come to fruition.
